Job Description:
- Consulting team technical leadership in order to follow the area strategic and tactical objectives.
- To plan, develop and implement work in the area with top notch quality; in the shortest possible time; adjusting to lowest possible budget; looking after application of policies, methods and proceedings; and supervising correct execution of tasks.
- To evaluate productivy of his/her function and that of the staff under his/her leadership.
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or provable related experience in similar work and responsibilities.
- At least 5 years of practical and provable experience in team leadership.
- Analysis and abstraction abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, efficient and oriented to objectives' achievement.
- Excellent handling of interpersonal relationship and ability to work under pressure.
- English language.
- At least 2 years of experience with provable achievements in the area of Performance Management
- Experience and provable achievements in the area of Business Intelligence
- Experience and provable achievements in SOA.
- Experience in BPM.
- Experience en business focused solutions, ideally in the mining business sector.
- Oral and written English
