Title: Help Desk Bilingual Executive

Job Description:

  • Take care of user inquiries and assist them in the correct usage of supported information services and applications
  • Inquiries register and solutions follow up
  • Evaluate, prioritize, escalate and follow up failures
  • To manage inquiries and failures follow up system
  • Generate service reports according to type and severeness
Profile:
  • Graduated, in the process to complete Systems Administrator/Analyst degree (or similar) or with at least 1 year real working experience in related functions.
  • Self reliable, efficient and oriented to objectives accomplishment with high quality standards
  • Good at handling personal relationships and working under pressure
  • Proficiency on both oral and written English
  • Good MS SQL Server database handling at query level
  • Advance dexterity of computer applications, especially MS Excel.
