Job Description:
- Maintain and optimize systems, services and applications infrastructure
- Plan and accomplish information back up tasks thus ensuring its top availability and protection against virus, energy drops and hardware failures.
- Support and train users in the correct usage of services and applications.
- Manage hardware and software inventory, safety, and access control to computing resources, hardware and software installations
- Document and present his/her developments and applications
- Graduated, in the process to complete Administrator or System Analysis (or similar) or with at least one year real working experience in related functions.
- Self reliable, efficient and oriented to objectives accomplishment
- Good at handling personal relationships and working under pressure
- Knowledge of basic management of PC hardware and peripherals, MS Windows 2003 Server, MS Windows XP, Active Directory, antivirus, energy and data back up, MS Office, Linux basic management
- Email and teamwork systems
- Apple Mac OS X management
- Oral & written technical English
