Work Plan
Analysis: Around two hours meeting on which customer’s strategy, requirements and projections are discussed within de POA wireframe oriented to results. Later on conclusions are documented by Navix and delivered to the customer.
Architecture: The System Architecture to implement is presented in a meeting of two hours duration, approximately. Its impact in terms of IT area human and technical resources is presented. Concrete benefits in terms of agility, cost reduction, productivity and other effects on business are established. Training agenda and implementation detail elements are determined.
Implementation: This period can go from a pair of weeks up to a month, depending on hardware and software licences availability, and the existence of previous installations. During this period, the customer is assisted on this tasks, delivering specifications, resolving doubts and preparing components for its use. Once these components implemented, we proceed to install and configure POA elements: Sonic ESB integration bus (testing and production environments) and supervision and governance Actional tool, by Progress Software. In case of existence of Sonic ESB previous installations, these are migrated to the new platform withou modifications.
Additionally, Actional processes are configured for supervision and alarms. All these activities are accomplished in conjunction with IT staff in order to smooth the progress of comprehension and learning.
Technological Transfer: System Managers and Supervisors will be intensively trained in:
Trial Run: Free of charge assistance for installation and configuration issues during a period of 30 days (4 weeks). This includes response to system administrators questions. It doesn’t include solutions for hardware or software basic issues.
